Gobble up the universe in this charmingly chaotic growth game.

Tasty Planet Forever takes the classic “eat to grow” formula and blows it up to wonderfully absurd proportions. You start as a tiny, perpetually hungry cat roaming Paris, nibbling crumbs and rats, and before long you’re swallowing cars, landmarks, and entire city blocks.

The core loop is simple but irresistibly satisfying: anything smaller than you is food, and each bite makes you a little bigger. Levels are cleverly paced so that you can feel the dramatic jump from microscopic to monumental, with some stages taking you all the way from subatomic particles to a universe‑sized behemoth. It’s a power fantasy wrapped in cartoon chaos.

What really elevates the game is its variety. Once you’ve devoured Paris, seven more themed worlds await, each with its own star creature and environmental twist: a vengeful octopus in the Caribbean, a heroic rat in the savanna, a greedy bee in the city, a basking shark reclaiming the ocean, and more. The bonus characters, from metal cat to black hole, add a fun remix layer for replaying earlier stages with fresh mechanics and visuals.

Content-wise, there’s a lot to chew on: over 150 levels and hundreds of different edible objects keep things feeling fresh for quite a while. Split-screen cooperative play on larger screens is a standout feature, turning the chaos into a hilarious shared experience as you race (or cooperate) to vacuum up everything in sight.

Visually, the art is colorful and clean, with crisp animations that make each bite feel impactful. The only real drawback is that the basic mechanics don’t change dramatically, so marathon sessions can feel a bit repetitive. Still, for pick-up-and-play fun with a wonderfully silly sense of scale, Tasty Planet Forever is a delightfully gluttonous time sink.
