Mobile version: VLC is the only media player ported to all mobile and embedded operating systems in use today.

Internet streaming: watch your favorite videos from the web directly on your computer, thanks to VLC's preinstalled HTTP server.

Multilingualism: The user interface of the player has been translated into more than 30 languages.

Free and open-source: VLC code is free software and released under the General Public License.

The VLC player has permission to read, modify, and execute files.
