Chain Reaction takes the simplest of ideas and turns it into a fiercely competitive strategy experience. Up to eight players share the same device, dropping colored orbs onto a grid and waiting for that magical moment when everything blows up into a cascading chain of takeovers.

The rules are wonderfully easy to grasp: each turn, you place an orb on a blank cell or one already occupied by your own color. When a cell reaches its critical mass, it explodes, sending orbs into adjacent cells and converting them to your color. A well-timed explosion can flip half the board, eliminate opponents in seconds, and completely rewrite the balance of power.

Matches are fast, tense and surprisingly tactical. Early turns feel calm and deliberate, but once the first big chain reaction hits, the game turns into a rollercoaster of last‑second saves and dramatic comebacks. Because elimination happens as soon as you lose your last orb, every move in the late game feels risky and meaningful.

Visually, Chain Reaction is clean and minimalist, focusing on clear colors and smooth animations rather than flashy effects. HD support keeps it crisp on larger screens, making it ideal for passing around in a group.
