PowerDirector

PowerDirector for mobile devices is a video editing and production package that allows users to create and edit videos with their mobile devices. It supports picture-in-picture, green-screen effects, and importing of clips from the user's phone gallery.

The UI is designed with an intuitive touch interface and resembles the UI design of the desktop version.

Users can also select scenes for faster editing by dragging scenes to the timeline. Once done editing, PowerDirector provides several sharing options such as exporting videos to YouTube, emailing them directly from the app, or saving it to the gallery.

The app also includes a batch-transcoding feature that converts videos into different versions suitable for watching on other devices.

It has a "Gif maker" feature, which creates GIF videos from an input video in seconds. It compresses and extracts images from the selected video and saves them as a GIF file. Optionally, the user can choose the specific frame to be exported into a video.

It also allows for audio recording through the phone's microphone.

Powerdirector for mobile devices prides itself on its support for multiple cameras, allowing users to switch between rear and front camera/video recording without changing the UI. Furthermore, it enables users to view their videos in slow-motion or fast-forward. Users can also pause video recording mid-way through.

Powerdirector is compatible with devices that run Android 4.4, or higher and users need at least 1 GB of RAM to use it effectively.

It requires about 685 MB of storage space for installation and additional space for data and export videos.
